Aluminium Brazing Alloys
Brazing of aluminium alloys
Removal of oxidation layers of the base metals is mandatory before brazing. The oxidation layers can be removed mechanically or by using flux.
Torche brazing requires usage of flux. For brazing in inert-gas condition usage of a non-corrosive flux is recommended. In vacuum or Argon atmosphere no flux is recommended.
