Electronics
Tin, Zinc, Copper, Aluminium, Gold and Silver
For the most part, brazing alloys with low melting point are used for brazing electronic components. Mainly copper, nickel and silver/copper alloys are used. These alloys are used, for example, in the construction of printed circuit boards.
In semiconductor electronics, contacts and electrically conductive connections are achieved by applying bonding wires. These wires are available in Copper, Aluminium, Silver, Gold and Platinum, depending on the intended use.
